Deposit policy

I may ask for a deposit to secure your booking. The reason for this is that it puts my mind at ease that you are committed to our time together and ensures that you respect my time as much as I respect yours.

If you are concerned this will be a discretionary issue for you please let me know as I may have an alternative option.

 

Cancellation policy

If you postpone your booking allowing me 24 hours notice I will transfer your deposit to our new booking.

If you cancel your booking allowing me 24 hours notice I will refund your deposit minus a minimum of 20% administration cost (may vary on bookings that required more communication and organisation). Your refund will also be minus the full cost of any expenses incurred such as travel, accommodation expenses and any items purchased for your booking.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

If I cancel a booking I will offer you to refund your deposit or transfer your deposit to a rescheduled time/date.

However in the case of where I must cancel an impending booking or cancel during a booking due to behaviour or threat of behaviour that makes me feel unsafe to continue such as verbal/psychological/physical abuse, manipulation, intimidation, request of unsafe or illegal acts or excessive drinking and/or drug use, I reserve the right to decline a refund of any deposit or booking fee paid.

In the event where I have not requested a deposit but you cancel short notice you will be requested to pay a $50 short notice cancellation, this includes if you cancel on arrival.

This will need to be paid before you can make another booking.
